Cottage - Blackheath
Comprehensive refurbishment and extension of a two storey cottage in a Conservation Area. Groundworks included a pile and ring beam foundation to stablize the existing building with a steel frame to support the first floor to create an open plan 75m2 garden family room, kitchen, dining area with a bedroom and ensuite addition above.
Elevations incorporated full height structural glazing, acrylic rendered panels and cedar rainscreens with acid etched glass porch canopies. Contract included full internal fit out, detailed design, production information, shop drawings, interior design services and project management.
